Installation
Installation went fine. Though had to wait 3 weeks until Belgacom could activate the line (raw copper + VDSL2). I did not had a Belgacom technical person at my doorstep so I had to connect the pairs myself. Google did the trick.

Information
Nothing special. More information about connecting/installation might be possible.

Reliability
Connection is very reliable. Ofcourse you have the 36hours reconnection. Something you not have on the Telenet network. Though connection is very reliable!

Speed
Speed is very good! Uploadspeed is higher then TurboNetXL. (same speed on paper - 1.25Mbit). I get 98% out of my connection. Very good if you ask me!

Support
Made a ticket and got a respond within 15 minutes. Telenet took up to 3 weeks before giving a sign of life.

Conclusion
With Telenet, my connection got filled up when leeching with some torrents, taking full speed. This, resulting in not be able to surf the internet anymore decent. Howoever with Dommel I can let uTorrent running at full speed and simply keep on loading websites and more without great noticeble slowdowns. Guess the QoS is much better at Dommel :) (same network except for modem ofcourse)

Installation
Everything went smooth, no probs on their side.

Information
Well, if you call their number, they'll talk, but don't ever try to use their ticket system, it's pure crap

Reliability
At the moment a very reliable connection, never had a real prob on that (yet...)

Speed
Not the official 24 Mbps, but that's cause I'm too far away from the central I guess.. But I get a fairly constant 12 Mbps connection, so no probs on that either.

Support
As I said, phone is good, web system not.

Conclusion
Very good provider, as long as you don't need support.
