Conclusion Tech support and accounting are horrible, but this is true for all ISPs. The shake combination is a great value-for-money product. Moving from FunkyShake to GroovyShake, hopefully the upload speeds will be better!

Information As many providers in Belgium the information is just enough, not more that necessary for you to get interested. Reliability Never had problems with speed or connection Speed Fast, very fast Support 2 years ago I tried to buy additional traffic for a price that was inside my customer area - 30GB for 2,95 Euros. Took me 1 month to prove that this was really on my profile and just managed cause I did a print screen from the offer.
Today I tried to change my plan to include TV & Telephone. Does not matter what I did during 2 years, the treatment is just as any other person. Disappointing...
Conclusion Very good provider if you need basic and reliable connection. If you are mpre advanced user and need something more, I would think on an other provider.

Conclusion Overal satisfaction is very high.
However, in the rare (4 or 5 times in almost 10 years) cases where phone support is required, this is below standard.

Installation I had to wait for 2 weeks until it all worked. And that AFTER a technician came to fix things... Reliability Almost no downtime Speed Like the speed... :p Conclusion Telenet Turbonet is a very good subscription if you want the speed and reliability.

Installation The technician had no clue what he was doing. When he asked to install software on my pc (wich is not necessary), I friendly declined. After installation I had to wait 2 more days and phone 8 more times before an internet connection could be made. Conclusion Telenet is good for users who do not need any support or installation help.
