| - Service level went way up since Scarlet was overtaken by belgacom skynet.
Allthough they provide 12mbit down and 1 mbit upload, my maximum download is +-10mbit, max download seems capped at 400kbps.
Unlimited download volume for 25¤/month. a good bargain in belgium. |
