Message to all Belgacom Skynet users

Belgacom Skynet has recently disabled the ability to log on to their website using your skynet login and password. It is now only possible to log on with a e-services account. A new version of ISP Monitor is available.

Due to this change, you will need to enter your e-services account information in ISP Monitor.

How to create a e-ervices account
Please visit this page on the Belgacom website and follow the instructions provided there.

Known limitations
It is currently only possible to monitor the first account associated with your e-services account. If you have multiple accounts linked to the same e-services account, please send in a debug report so we can provide a solution.

How to change your account in ISP Monitor
Choose "Options" and then "Settings" and enter your e-services account information.

This does not seem to work? My E-services login however is correct, I can get on the page with it. ISP Monitor does not get the status of my account. Could you please check? Thanks for the effort!

People still experiencing problems can send in debug reports. Instructions are available here: http://ispmonitor.be/be-en/contact/
