Bug Reports
If you believe to have found a bug in our software, please read the following before contacting us. This will help us solve your bug faster.
The stats from my provider are wrong or do not update at all.
1. Close ISP Monitor.
2. Download this file: http://www.ispmonitor.be/files/debug.bat
3. Put this file in "C:\Program Files\ISP Monitor\".
4. Start the file "debug.bat".
5. Update your stats and wait until it fails or finishes.
6. Send the file "isp-debug.log" in "%AppData%\ISP Monitor\" to us using the contact form below and describe your problem.
ISP Monitor crashes or does not work as it should.
1. Click Start > Run and type in "regedit".
2. Browse to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ISPMonitor".
3. Right-click the "ISPMonitor" folder and select "Export".
4. Save the file as eg. "isp.reg" somewhere.
6. Mail the file you just saved to us using the contact form below and describe your problem.
